Pilot feed back

In today lesson, we show our pilot to other people in the class and this is the feed back we get.
- People don't understand how riots and drugs how do they put together. The idea of the thriller is  confusing.
- Lack of variety of shots, stuck with the same shot, boring
- Should try editing between outside and inside the T.V.
- People don't understand the story.
- The shadow doesn't work. It is too confusing.
- Should cut off the riot because it confuse the audience
-The audience cannot tell that it is set in the future.

This comments actually helps a lot! Now we have some idea how to develop my thriller
First of all in our real one the techniques and the set will looks a lot better so what we have to do is
- Creates some more shot therefore there is more variety and also it is not too boring for the audience to  watch
- The Idea of inside and out side T.V. shot is a really good idea. We should use that as well.
- The riot at first should be explain clearly so people not confuse
- Set and props details have to sell the point that we are in 2020 or other alternative put 2020 on the  screen.

This is the photo of the focus group.
I actually learn a lot from this lesson. Both from commenting on other people works and listen to other people comments. It is useful to listen to other people comments and develop from it. Also be able to pick up and describe what we like and don't like in other people film is useful as well. I think this is another skill that I will be develop through making thriller. :)
